Spend time together.
The room and bench are heated so your body relaxes completely and leaves all stress outside. You lie on a bench filled with warm sand that stimulates the skin and ensures increased blood circulation for 30 minutes, while the other person experiences total recovery on our exclusive sound and vibration bench.
Vibrations combined with color therapy, heat and relaxing music help the body reach deep relaxation and balance the body's chakras. The pulse slows, blood pressure drops, breathing becomes slower and deeper, circulation increases, muscle tension and the production of stress hormones decrease and the immune system is activated.
