THE LAMP SPA

We have collected information that may be useful for you to know before you book or before your visit.

The Lamp Spa consists of 1200 square meters and is spread over three floors. In our underground relaxation area, the walls and floors are made of limestone imported from France. Here you will find a swimming pool, hot pool, dry sauna, steam sauna and a cooling ice room. For hygienic reasons, we ask that you always take a shower before sauna and bath and use your sarong to sit on in the dry sauna.

You can always borrow a bathrobe, sarong, slippers and towel from us. Should you forget to bring your swimwear, we have a limited selection of swimwear for sale.

The relaxation area is one of our quiet areas, where we keep the conversation low.

We have nine treatment rooms where our experienced masseurs, skin and spa therapists work with caring body and skin products from the German brand BABOR, the products are available for sale at our reception. If you have booked a treatment, we offer a 20% discount on our skin care products from BABOR.

Before your treatment, we ask that you report to our reception at least 10 minutes before your booked time. When it is time, the therapist will pick you up in the lounge. We ask that you come in dry clothes.

In our Spalounge, simple food and drink are available. You always have access to tea, water, fruit and nuts. Bringing your own food and drink is not permitted.

Is your visit to us a wellness activity? Then it is important that the booking is made in your name. If additional information is required on your receipt, this must be stated at the time of booking.

If you visit us as a day spa guest, you will find our entrance at Trädgårdsgatan 8 .
